Overall, the place just didn’t feel very clean, and the bathrooms were gross. There was trash around some of the tables, the floors felt sticky, and it gave off a neglected vibe. For the price, I expected a much better experience.

We went on a weekend the crowd was just, yeah, way too much. The lines were long for almost every slide, and it really felt like they kept letting more people in even though the place was already packed. The staff were nice enough, so I’ll give them that, but the crowd control just wasn’t great. It’s hard to relax or actually enjoy yourself when you’re mostly just standing around waiting. I probably wouldn’t go back on a busy day.

Buying the tickets online was mostly fine. The site was moving kind of slow, so I immediately assumed something was wrong or that it might not go through. I ended up double checking all the details before checking out just to be safe. In the end, the tickets came through and everything worked, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience.

We spent most of the day just trying to find shade, and it got really frustrating. There were so many hot spots, and the kids got worn out so quickly. I wanted us to have a fun day, but it mostly felt exhausting and a little disappointing.

The lockers were way farther away than I expected, and then they barely worked when I finally got to them. Maybe I was just already annoyed from the walk, but it made the whole setup feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be

The park itself was alright and the kids still had a decent time, but the weird part is some of the lifeguards seemed kind of distracted and not really focused on the water. With kids running around and swimming, that made me a little uneasy. Hopefully they pay closer attention moving forward.

It was clean enough for us, which is about all I can ask for these days. We’ve had bad luck before, so I was half expecting something to be wrong, but thankfully it was okay. Not perfect, but good enough for what we needed.

I went in hoping it would be a fun experience, but by the time it was over, I just kept thinking about how much I paid for the ticket. It wasn’t terrible, but there wasn’t enough there to make it feel worth the price. I left feeling like I probably could’ve spent that money on something better.

I brought my kids thinking it would be a simple, fun family day, but it ended up feeling stressful :( The lines were really long, and when we asked a couple basic questions, the staff didn’t seem all that patient or helpful.
I also didn’t feel like there was much guidance on where to go with younger kids or which areas were more kid-friendly. Maybe other families had a better experience, but for us it just wasn’t worth it. The kids got overwhelmed, and we ended up leaving early.

I had a good time overall, but the waiting around for rides got old real quick. The fun parts were great, just wish the lines moved a bit faster.

I took my kids there and, i was kind of surprised by how relaxed I felt the whole time. You know how some places are packed and you spend the entire day scanning around like a hawk? It was definitely busy, but it still felt under control. The lifeguards were actually paying attention, the slide rules were easy to understand, and if someone wasn’t following them, they stepped in right away, which I appreciated. The kids had a blast, and I wasn’t constantly stressed about safety, so overall it was just a really good day.

We had a fun day and enjoyed ourselves overall, but I will say the whole seating situation was more annoying than I expected it to be. Most of the shaded spots were already taken early on, so we kept having to move our bags and towels around trying to find somewhere comfortable to sit. It wasn’t enough to ruin the day or anything, but it definitely made things feel a little more stressful than they needed to. If there were more shaded areas or a better way to grab a decent spot, the experience would have been a lot better

Parking took forever, but I think I just showed up at the worst possible time. It felt like everyone else had the same idea, so I ended up circling around way longer than I expected.

The cabana was expensive for what we got. It wasn’t super clean, which was disappointing, and the staff took forever to come help us. I mean, it wasn’t the absolute worst thing ever, but for the price, I expected way better...

Managing our season passes online was easy. I was able to renew them and update the kids info without having to call anyone which was nice. Had one little login issue at first but after refreshing it worked fine. Overall just simple and no hassle

I had a good time overall and there were definitely some fun rides, but after a while it felt like there wasn’t a ton of variety, if that makes sense. Still enjoyable, just not quite as much to choose from as I expected

I went last weekend it was disappointing. A bunch of the slides were closed, and some of the ones we could see just looked kind of run down. When we asked, the staff pretty much just said it was maintenance, which is fine, but still frustrating. For the price, it really didn’t feel worth it when so much wasn’t running, like so much of the park just wasn’t available.

The staff were super friendly the whole day and helped us out whenever we had questions. They just kinda made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free

We went to Roaring Springs and had a fun day overall, but by the time we stopped to eat I was already feeling mentally drained, and the food didn’t really help. My burger was dry, and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while. For what we paid, it just felt overpriced. The kids picked at their food, but nobody was especially into it. Next time, we’ll probably just eat before we go.
